PAYMENTS, MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
IMPORTANT NOTE ON PAYMENTS:
EFT, Debit, Credit- Sign in to your Resident Center to pay via E-Check, or Debit/Credit Card. These payments are posted immediately.
Cash, Check, Money Order- Cash, check, and money order payments should be made at Citizens State Bank: 1525 S Forest Rd, Freeport IL 61032. Check or money order can also be mailed to Chapman Properties 360 LLC, PO Box 336, Freeport IL 61032. These payments will take 1-3 business days to post to the Resident Center.
NO PAYMENTS SHOULD BE DROPPED OFF AT OUR OFFICE. AND, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO "COLLECT RENT."
