The Tenant Hardship Assistance Program is designed to provide a structured pathway for tenants facing genuine hardship to request temporary payment relief—while ensuring compliance with their lease agreements.

Approval is NOT guaranteed. Each application is reviewed thoroughly, and only tenants who meet strict eligibility criteria will be considered.
This is a temporary assistance program, not a rent forgiveness program.
Applicants must provide complete financial documentation to verify hardship claims.
Tenants approved for hardship assistance must comply with all program terms, including structured payment agreements.
Failure to provide accurate information or meet payment terms may result in eviction proceedings.
📌 How to Apply:
1️⃣ Complete the Tenant Hardship Application in full.
2️⃣ Upload all required financial documents (pay stubs, bank statements, proof of hardship, etc.).
3️⃣ Applications will be reviewed within 5 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, tenants will receive a formal hardship agreement outlining required payments.
5️⃣ If denied, standard rent collection and lease enforcement procedures will proceed.
